For your teaching

Lecture slides, instructor guidance, practical worksheets and a semester-ready framework support undergraduate and postgraduate delivery. Adapt the structure to your programme and enrolled cohort.

For your students

Work through scope, late integration, communication and technical assumptions. Students practise identifying, prioritising, mitigating and communicating risks in their own projects.

Practical outputs include risk registers, RAID logs, mitigation plans, premortem outputs and milestone-readiness assessments.

These are representative samples for academic evaluation, not the full teaching suite. Formal teaching delivery requires an institutional licence.

A licence for your programme.

Licensing is institutional, annual and programme-based, for internal teaching with enrolled students. Materials can be hosted in your institutional VLE or LMS for enrolled cohorts, not publicly.

The core system includes the teaching framework, lecture slides, instructor guidance and practical worksheets, with minor updates and clarifications during the licence term.

Cohort access to an online student reference course, guest lectures and staff development are optional additions to discuss separately.
