Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for consulting or mentoring sessions that are cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. For missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours the full fee is non-refundable. Digital products (including toolkits or downloads) are non-refundable once delivered. If you are not satisfied with a service please contact us directly at liam@game-production.com to discuss options.
Shipping, Fulfilment or Delivery Policy
All services are fulfilled digitally. Booking confirmations and access to online meetings or course materials will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. If there is any issue with receiving your booking confirmation or downloadable resource please contact us at liam@game-production.com.
Terms & Conditions of Promotions
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. Free consultations or offers are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated.
