The SRIS pilot
Help us shape SRIS.
We are looking for a small, varied group of studios to use SRIS on real production and tell us the truth about it.
Apply now ↓
How it works
- Apply. About three minutes.
- We reply within 5 working days. Liam reads every application himself.
- Scoping call with Liam, about 45 minutes.
- Data terms signed.
- Your site is set up, usually in 2 to 4 working days.
- First working session, about 90 minutes.
- Weekly check-ins while you use it.
- At the end, we decide together what happens next. Your data is returned and deleted.
Who we are looking for
Senior and executive producers, leads of producer teams, studio leaders and small studio founders who work at Programme or Portfolio level. You are already somewhat in control. You want less noise, clearer decisions, and the chaos written down instead of carried in your head.
What you get
- Your own private SRIS site. Only the people you name can sign in.
- Up to 8 named people from your studio.
- Set-up with Liam in one working session.
- The Studio Risk Foundations method, built in.
- The Studio Brain, if you want it, once your data terms are signed.
- Time with Liam every week.
- A real say in what we build next.
- No fee for pilot studios.
What we ask
- A short scoping call, then a first working session.
- Real use on real production for 12 weeks.
- Honest feedback: what helps, what confuses, what is missing.
- Signed data terms before your site opens.
Honest limits
- SRIS is a work in progress. Some features will change, and some will arrive during the pilot.
- It has not been independently validated.
- Support comes from Liam directly. There is no service-level guarantee.
- During the pilot, do not make SRIS your only record of anything critical.
- Places are limited. We choose a varied group, so we may not include every studio in the first round.
Your data
- Your studio's site is separate from every other studio's site.
- Your studio controls its information. We process it for you under written terms.
- It is not used to train AI models.
- Where data is stored, and where any AI processing happens, is set out in your data terms before anything is switched on.
- At the end, we return your data and then delete it, under a written procedure.
Questions
Do I need to have taken the course?
No. You can join the SRIS pilot without taking the course. Taking it will give you a stronger grasp of risk management and how to run a working risk-management system: identifying and assessing risks, assigning clear ownership, planning actions and keeping reviews connected to production decisions.

Does SRIS replace Jira or our own tools?
No. Teams keep their tools. You can link SRIS actions to their tickets.
Do we have to use the AI?
No. SRIS works fully without it.
What will it cost after the pilot?
We have not set prices. Pilot studios hear first, and we will ask what it would be worth to you.
When could we start?
We set up studio sites one at a time. We agree a start date with you on the scoping call.
Can I see SRIS before I apply?
On the scoping call, Liam shows it working with a made-up studio.
We are a small studio. Can we apply?
Yes, please do.

Please do not include confidential production details. A sentence or two is plenty.
