Progress
Building it in the open.
SRIS is being built by Liam with a small team of AI tools. Here is what has happened so far and what comes next. We update this page at each milestone.

- The scope of the first pilot was agreed on 26 October 2026.
- Next: the release to Liam's own site, then the first pilot studio sites, set up one at a time.

How we build it.
SRIS is Liam's first software product. He did not learn to code. He learned enough to ask better questions. ChatGPT helped him start. Codex builds. Claude plans and reviews. Liam owns the meaning, the priorities and the final word.
What we have learned so far

- "Ten seconds saved isn't worth one confident wrong answer."
- "Done has four meanings: built, checked, reviewed and accepted."
- "An AI team needs a job sheet, not a group chat."
Help us shape SRIS.
We are looking for a small, varied group of studios. You get a private SRIS site, Liam's support and a real say in what we build next. We ask for honest use and honest feedback.
